is the factory to produce disposable gloves for Jixiang E-commerce, the factory covers an area of 170,000 square meters, plant area of 50,000 square meters. The main products are disposable nitrile, PVC, latex, synthetic nitrile gloves. At present, there are 15 pieces 180-meter large-scale automated production lines, and 39 pieces fully automated production lines under building with plan, production capacity of gloves can reach more than 7 billion per year when all the production line comes into services.
The company has passed ISO9001-2015, BSCI, QSR(GMP) and other quality management systems, all kinds of gloves are qualified with medical and food grade certification, which has the US market FDA access, the EU CE certification
Fujian Leephick Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise, established in 1993, which integrates research and development, production and service. Fujian Leephick Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. is the production base of medicine, cosmetics, disinfectants, health-care products and common food for Jixiang E-commerce.
The factory headquarters covers an area of 35000 square meters, construction area of 25000 square meters, there are over 10000 square meters area of 100,000 level purification workshop which support research and development, inspection and testing laboratory; With 7000 square meters for medical devices, 3000 square meters for 100,000 level purification workshop; With 500 square meters for inspection and testing center, the factory is fully equipped with the demand for trial-production, production and inspection of healthy products.
The company is qualified with GMP, ISO9001, ISO13485, HACCP quality management system certification, EU CE certification and FDA registration, The medical devices products like medical protective clothing, masks, hand sanitizer undertakes the task of national public health emergency material reserve.
